Have you heard of Fire Cider? It’s been a popular tonic for years and we have a variation of it to share with you. Our friends here at Heart Beet Herbal have a Peach Fire Cider recipe to share with you. But first, a little bit about what it is and why it’s so good.

Peach Fire Cider
Ingredients: raw apple cider vinegar, raw honey, peaches, oranges, rosemary, ginger root, red onion, parsley, jalapeños, garlic, lemons, habaneros, thyme, oregano, horseradish, burdock root, turmeric, culinary sage, fennel seeds, galangal, cinnamon, California bay leaves, lemongrass, clove buds, black peppercorns.
Directions: 1-2 tablespoons up to 3x/day. Keep refrigerated for best quality. Shake gently before pouring.
Considerations: do not give to infants under 2 years of age. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if pregnant or breastfeeding.
